DESCRIPTION:
Ri. Deeble, Cork, Ireland, tall clock, 8 day, time and strike, weight driven movement in an inlaid mahogany case with broken arch top, dentil molding, carved rosettes and rope twist columns flanking hood over inlaid trunk door and base. The brass dial has calendar, silvered chapter ring, cast corner spandrels and moon phase.
CONDITION:
the case has an older finish with a molding absent from top of center plinth and a molding loose on left side of base that needs to be reattached. The feet are absent. The dial has minor flaking in moon phase and some oxidation. Minute hand is replaced.
